On October 23rd, Chen Bo gave a wonderful academic report entitled “Critical Thinking and Innovation” for the teachers and students of the school, which was invited

by the "Suxin Lecture" and "Zhiyu Forum" of our college.

Professor Chen Bo analyzed how critical thinking influences and guides people to approach, research and solve problems in deep but simply with an example of typical

paradoxes in logic.

Professor Chen Bo pointed out that critical thinking not only helps people to distinguish and think about various fallacies and mysteries in human thinking, but also helps

to cultivate innovative talents and promote the development and progress of human society.

The teachers and students benefited a lot from Professor Chen Bo’s unique speech style, passionate and wise presentation of content.

The lecture was hosted by dean of philosophy department, Luo Longxiang, Yangzhou University.
