Dr. Zhu Yu is a professor and a doctoral supervisor in history. He got his doctor of history in Su Zhou Universuty. He was a visiting scholar in Academia Sinica in Taipei. His academic part-time jobs include vice chairman of National History Teacher Education Professional Committee, communication evaluation expert of National Social Science Fund Project. His research area includes education of people in modern China, education societies in modern China, education and social changes in modern China, education in modern Chinese history.

He presided over more than ten scientific research projects such as the National Social Science Fund Project. He published five monographs and more than seventy papers in Modern History Research and History Teaching and other periodicals. His books and papers also won some awards.
