Li Pin, female, born in 1979, was born in Changchun City, Jilin Province. From 1999 to 2003, he studied in Jilin Normal University of engineering and technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering; from 2008 to 2010, he studied in the Institute of science and technology information of Jiangsu University with a master's degree in management; from 2018 to 2020, he studied in the school of information management of Nanjing University with a doctor's degree in management. He is now a lecturer in the school of social development of Yangzhou University.

The research direction is information science theory, information support decision-making, academic evaluation. He has published many papers in Library andInformationService,Journal ofthe China Society for Scientific and Technical Information,scientometrics and other professional journals, and participated in one key project of national social science fund and one project of Jiangsu Social Science Fund.
