Yang Guoli,male, born in 1979, was born in Da'an City, Jilin Province. From 1999 to 2003, he studied in the school of information technology of Nanjing Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in management; from 2007 to 2009, he studied in the Institute of science and technology information of Jiangsu University with a master's degree in management; from 2017 to 2019, he studied in the school of information management of Nanjing University with a doctor's degree in management; from 2003 to 2020, he worked in Jiangsu University. He is now an associate professor in the school of social development, Yangzhou University.

The research direction is information science theory, information service and academic evaluation. He has published many papers in Journal ofLibrary Science in China, Journal ofthe China Society for Scientific and Technical Information, etc, presided over one project of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education and Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund, and participated in five major projects of national social science fund, national social science major project, general project of national social science fund and China Association of science and technology.
