Xue Ping, born in 1965 in Hanjiang, Jiangsu province, graduated from the major of world history in the department of history of Peking University in 1987. He has been working in Yangzhou Normal University which is now Yangzhou University since 1987. He founded the major of social work in 2002, and now is an associate professor.
