Dr. ZHANG Jin majors in modern Chinese history，tutor of master's degree，mainly engaged in the research of modern Chinese academic history，history of modern Chinese social work and history of social policy. He’s the deputy secretary-general of Yangzhou History Societyand deputy secretary-general of Yangzhou famous city culture research societyas well. He presided over the research of the later projects of the national philosophy and social sciences foundation，such as the document research of the Taigu School，the manuscript research of the Taigu School，etc. He published papers in Historical Archives，Publishing Science，Publishing and Distribution Research and other journals. His works have won the first and second prizes of excellent papers in the academic conference of philosophy and social sciences of Jiangsu Province，the third prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Yangzhou City and the second prize of YiBai science and Technology Innovation Award of Yangzhou University.
