Dr. Liu Zhengfeng was born in Taixing, Jiangsu Province in 1970. He is a doctoral supervisor in Yangzhou University. Graduated from the Department of Politics Education of Yangzhou Normal University in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in law, and obtained a master's degree in law and a PH.D in law from the school of law of Nanjing University in 2002 and 2009 respectively. In 2012, he was selected as the Middle-aged-academic leader in Jiangsu Province, and in 2017, he was selected as the leader of social work in Jiangsu Province. He holds the qualification of social worker, lawyer and certified public accountant. Now, he is a professor of social development College of Yangzhou University, and also the president of social workers association of Yangzhou. He is mainly engaged in social work, civil and commercial law, trust law, religion and anti-cult law, and social law teaching and researching. He has published many personal monographs, such as The Legal Governance of Cult, The Research of American Business Trust Law, The Analysis of Civil Law of Trust System, etc.; presided over and completed the national social science fund project with excellent grades, presided over and completed many projects, such as the Ministry of Education project, the Ministry of Civil Affairs project, and the key entrusted project of Jiangsu Civil Affairs Department. He has successively published sixty papers in such important journals asWorld Religion Research,China Law,International Issues Research,Modern Law,Global Legal Review,China Religion,Journal of Nanjing University (philosophy and social science edition),Social Science Front,XueHai,Jiangsu Higher Education. Many achievements have been adopted by relevant departments of the State Council and Provincial Government.
