Ma Yuesheng was born in Taihu lake of Anhui Province in 1965 and a vice professor of the Department of Social Development of YZU. He is a supervisor for master degree students. He got his master degree from Wuhan University and got his PhD from Nanjing University. Recent years, he mainly studies modern world history, Japanese economic history and modern history of southern Africa. He has finished academic project of different levels and published more than 10 articles.
